Do you take insurance?

    Some insurance companies will accept Licensed Professional Counselors under the “Out-of-Network” benefit. Check with your insurance provider about this benefit.

What if you don’t have insurance?

I accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

What are your fees?

The initial intake session is $195, and follow-up sessions are $140. EMDR intensive sessions, which can range in length, are available upon request and ensured appropriate for your current therapy journey.

What should I expect at my first session?

In your first session, we will review your intake information (history, medications, family history), discuss goals, and what brought you to therapy.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes, outside of mandated reporter laws on abuse and harm to others, all of your information is kept strictly confidential.

Who do I treat?

I provide therapy for people who are aged 18 or older.
